A little Q&A

01
Why is the Agency called Windsorborn?

Our founder, Nick, started his design career in Windsor, England, and when he set up the agency he gave it the temporary name Windsorborn. Over time clients seemed to like it, so it stuck.

02
Who will be the day-to-day contact from Windsorborn?

Steph will be the main project contact, managing the day-to-day, ensuring regular, quality communication with you. She will also sit at the heart of the different Windsorborn teams ensuring everything happens in harmony. Steph will ensure the project runs smoothly and that we deliver on time and on budget.

03
Will we have regular agency/client catch ups?

At the start of any project or relationship with a client we set up a Work in Progress (WIP) report which is a live document that details the current status and next steps for each project task. This is updated weekly and sent out via email. We then run through the WIP report with you on a weekly basis via video call. When we’re presenting project work we like to do this face-to-face so we can discuss more easily and collaborate.

04
Where is Windsorborn’s head office located?

Level 3, 379 Kent Street Sydney.

05
Does Windsorborn have a standard agency rate card?

Yes we do: View here

06
What is the difference between Google Analytics and GA4?

The difference between Universal Analytics and GA4 is the measurement model in use. Universal Analytics uses a measurement model based on sessions and pageviews while Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is soley based on events. Any Universal Analytics hit translates to events in GA4.

07
What are the benefits of website maintenance?

Website maintenance is not only essential for your site’s functionality, it can also help to increase your customer acquisition and customer retention.
