Buroserv provides tailored telco packages and solutions to Australian businesses of every size and in every sector.

From hosted phone systems to NBN internet, landline phones to Microsoft Teams and 3CX integrations, Buroserv offers market-leading technology and exceptional customer service.

The problem

Buroserv was a relative unknown. Up against some big players, they needed to raise their profile to be competitive in the market.

An unclear brand message, a poorly designed website and lack of SEO were also standing in the way of success.

We were given the job of developing a multi-channel marketing strategy. We had three objectives - to create brand awareness, to drive traffic to their site and to generate new business leads. It was a big job and we were up for the challenge.

The solution

We first gave the website a fresh and modern look and feel with a complete redesign. The new website build also incorporated elements to make it much more user friendly.

We optimised the new website for SEO by updating all the content. To improve keyword ranking for focus products, we created new ‘Guide’ pages.

Key products and keywords were pushed via Google Ads campaigns to extend the reach of the brand. We also optimised all social channels and used Facebook and LinkedIn to grow brand awareness. We then leveraged paid social media to drive traffic to conversion optimised landing pages.

The strategy was successful across the board with increases in website clicks from social media, website goal completions, organic traffic and leads. Impressively, considering the competitiveness of the industry, we also achieved an average CPC of below $2. That’s the key to a happy client.
