We’ve seen a notable increase in website conversion rate since launch.

At the start of the project, we undertook a comprehensive series of tasks to ensure an optimal user experience. These tasks included information architecture design, data analysis, user journey mapping, page modelling, wireframing and prototyping.

We designed a set of UI components to create a consistent language across the website.

The UI design was optimised for mobile with the aim of reducing cognitive load. This minimalistic style also ensured the brand was clearly conveyed on smaller screens while maintaining a similar a look and feel across all devices.
